This set of hand-painted underglaze tea cups and saucers is a favorite of mine. They are small and exquisite. The wisteria flowers on them are all hand-painted, giving a refined and fresh impression

• Pre-order will be shipped within 15 days after payment
• Free delivery in 3-5 workdays for Dubai orders over 300 AED
• For orders under 300 AED, a shipping fee of 30 AED is charged for items weighing 1-5kg.
• For items weighing over 5kg, the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight by the courier company.
• For orders to other emirates in the UAE and overseas, the shipping cost is determined by the actual calculation of the courier company

• All custom-made original works and original products are not eligible for return
• For pre-order items, if the order is cancelled within the pre-order period, the deposit will not be refunded. Except for quality issues, the pre-ordered goods are not eligible for return
• Return Period:You have [7] days from the date of purchase to submit return application.Returns will not be accepted after 7 days
• Eligibility for Return Products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
• How to Initiate a Return Contact our customer service team at email address or phone number and provide your order number and reason for return.
• Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
• Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds Refunds will be processed within [7] business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
